Hi Chef Myles,
I just wanted to write and tell you how very much we enjoyed the luncheon you prepared for us on Wednesday. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely fabulous!. The beef melted like butter and the chicken was the best I've ever tasted. The VP of our company practically did the "happy
dance while eating dessert I know a lot of our guests took your cards. I
hope you get many bookings from this. We were very much pleased and will certainly use you for our next event.
Thank you.

Adrian,
I cannot thank you and Shawn enough for helping to make my daughter's graduation party( to quote some of my guests) a classy, elegant, lovely affair. The food was excellent and plentiful and the presentation was quite impressive. Your staff was very professional, helpful yet non intrusive. Both my guests and I have attended several affairs similar to this one and you and Shawn have set a new standard! Thank you again for all your efforts and I have already given your name and number to one of my guests who entertains quite often in her home in Simsbury and for her business and she can't cook!
Thanks again,
Gabrielle
Hello, Adrian!
I know you left me a phone message on Friday for feedback on our Thanksgiving dinner. I’m sorry I haven’t called you back, but now that I’m online, I figured I’d drop you a message this way.
Our dinner, for the third year in a row, was great! No complaints here, from either me or my guests. Everyone especially looks forward to the soup and salad. I have always thought that your soup tastes very much like the recipe I follow from a Williams Sonoma cookbook – only yours is better, of course!! After our guests left, my husband and I ate the leftovers every day for nearly a week (again!). And that’s not counting some of the Brussels sprouts I froze. They are an awesome vegetable which we love, but I just never seem to prepare on my own.
So thank you again. I have told many people about your catering business and Thanksgiving dinner over the years. I know that at least one family has taken me up on it. While I miss being able to stop in for lunch after getting the kids’ haircuts at Scissor Kids, I completely understand your need to move. Know that we do miss your presence east of the river, though.
Oh, and the best part of all, was that we didn’t even flinch when we lost power for nearly a full hour on Thursday morning at 7:00 AM! Can you imagine how many hearts must have sunk as soon as they put their birds in the oven at that time? My neighbor was one of them frantically calling me within minutes of the outage. Heck, we could have eaten your dinner cold and enjoyed it nearly as much!
Take care, and we look forward to doing business with you again next year, if not sooner.
Regards,
Mary Cavaliere
Adrian,
The food was fabulous... everyone loved it... They said I should order through you more often! It was a nice change from all the turkey and soul food we ate yesterday.

Dear Friend,
Thanks to your efforts, the collaboration between the West Indian Social club's "Over Forty Committee" and the West Indian foundation, was an overwhelming success. It was truly a demonstration of your love and commitment to the Greater Hartford Community.
The spirit of Thanksgiving, and the joy of sharing permeated the air last Sunday, as you served a most delectable and scrumptious meal. Special thanks to Chef Adrian Myles, and his staff, who prepared the meal with such love. It was evident by the smiles on each face, and the return for "seconds", that the meal not only nourished the bodies; but it also filled the soul.
My observation was later confirmed, when several individuals commented on the "delicious meal", and "fantastic program". Thank You very much Myles, it was with your contributions, that we were able to serve, over three hundred Thanksgiving dinners. "Job Well Done"! I would like to wish for you, and your family, a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
"Walk Good",

Greetings & Salutations, Mr. Myles!
I just want to write and let you know that the meal you prepared for me & my fiance was absolutely FANTASTIC! We loved the meal, from the herb butter to the desserts and everything in between was wonderfully prepared. There was so much food, I don't think I'll have to cook this week!
Thank you so much for the plating instructions and wedding reception advice.
As the self proclaimed newest member of your fan club, I will definitely recommend you to everyone that I know and call you for all of our catering needs! My fiance & I are discussing the possibility of having you cater our Mother's Day dinner. I"m also sending your website to my bridesmaids so that they can contact you regarding my bridal shower.
