Brought up in an island paradise, this Barbadian born and raised culinary artist brings to the table an intrinsic passion for the art.  His love was harnessed during his study of Food & Nutrition in high school. There, Adrian Myles first understood the need to be extraordinary…the need to go above and beyond in all facets of the industry. Thirsty for this additional knowledge, he moved to the United States to pursue his dream of one day becoming a chef and owning a food service establishment. 

Upon coming to the United States, Chef Myles spent the first seven years working in and grasping an understanding of the front-of-the-house operations.  This journey took him to New York, the second food capital of the world.  His experiences there augured well for his future when he took his first love for fine, fancy foods to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. 

This Caribbean-American who is driven by success and an impeccable appreciation for quality service is committed to providing novel, creative, and exquisite culinary experiences that brings the client back.  Chef Myles’ penchant toward client satisfaction goes without question as he exudes a work ethic that can be compared to few.  This hallmark of service has earned him not only the respect of his peers, but more importantly, from the community which he serves.  He thrives on client service and professionalism!
